Anyone have handy the 520 Renthal codes for a 94 ZXR R front and rear lightweight sprockets??? I'm also thinking the fitment may be the same as the J, K, L etc ??

Also AFAM codes would do, or who else makes sprockets these days...Vortex?

I think you'll find they are the same sprockets as lot of the later models..

I'm pretty sure my zxr sprockets fitted my zx10r..

Are you looking for 520 sprockets to run on standard ZXR rims or the Marvics on your bike?

In case you are looking for Marvic suited sprockets, your sprocket carrier bolt pattern is possibly different to the standard ZXR bolt pattern. Worth checking.

I have Marvics on my bike and the sprocket carrier is different to standard. It's been a few years since I was shopping, but you were able to buy 'blank' undrilled rear Renthals, and get a machine shop to drill the bolt pattern specific to your carrier, (Renthal sales rep wasn't able to find a 520 rear in their range that match my carrier at the time).

If you are only looking for standard fitment, just ignore my ramblings!

this is a good site for getting info on sprockets.

JT Sprockets - you can compare all sorts of gearing changes, different sprockets that allow you to change chain size etc.

Yep its the 520's with the Marvic. Seems AFAM don't carry the listed 520 anymore, and drilling a blank may be the best otion for the rear, I've done this before for another bike in the past. Or Jt might end up being the realistic option (thanks Gosling by the way)

Looks like the sprockets on it are kit ones? I have 2 unused rears but they are 36 and 37 teeth (which tells you why) so unless I want to run a 14T front, and still have relatively high gearing (might suit one or two tracks) and also have to shorten the chain run, I'm back to sourcing a 15 and 16 front, plus at least a 43 and 42 rear, likely a 44 aswell. Pics of what I've got below.
