Hey all, every time i take my bike out i get clutch slip on the first release, i thought it was because i didnt warm up enough but even when i let my bike get to the point where the fan comes on (102 degree C) it slips once, after that its fine,
Bike has done 27000km of kinda normal riding, no wheelies no track days,

You might consider changing the type of engine oil as a first step in solving the problem, have you adjusted the cable at the bars first?

I am running MOTUL 10w40 full synthetic, only done 1000km since oil change, its got me stuffed because the mechanic said my clutch is fine, maybe its adjusted wrong, would the thin oil have a part in this problem,

Shouldn't be the oil if using the Motul.
Adjust the cable tightness so the clutch engagement is not when its all the way out - try about 1/2 to 3/4 of lever travel for it to engage before fully out and go from there.
If thats not it and the clutch plates are fine, you may need to take them out and scuff them up a bit as they could be glazed. The next option would be to get some heavier clutch springs. Most aftermarket springs like ebc, barnett and goodridge etc are about 10% heavier than stock and only about $30 a set.
