Hi All,

Have a big problem with the zx9, it is blowing fuses (going through like 8 a day).
It happens at random times, Sometimes it will go 30 minutes but others only 5 minutes. It happens at low revs, high revs or just sitting at a set of traffic lights.

So I have tried to replace the headlight globe thinking that might be the issue, But nope still having the same problem.

Someone said that the headlight relay might be stuffed, But I cant see to find it anywhere (Have not removed the front fairings yet, Just the tank and rear fairing).

So i know there is a power serge somewhere, But just wondering where I should start looking

Probably not much help but when I was always blowing headlight globes it was the actual plug that was the problem.

Check for corroded parts. Yep the plug would be a good place to start
