Gave them a call and got some prices for Slip on
s for a 2000 ZX6R.

Staintune Slip on.. $650 polished oval.
Megacycle $550, polished alloy oval.
Miciron $699 oval alloy.
Hindle $699 oval alloy.

Whether they'd do better for cash if you walked in, I have no idea.

Gave Megacycle a call..

$385 for Alloy (Round)
$470 for Cabon (Round)

$750 for a complete system...

Hmm.... I think the trailbike might be for sale very soon...

I also spoke to staintune and they said they have nothing for a 2000 model..

How is the finish on the piping??? he said it's black mild steel..

Which kinda turned me off, because mines polished to the can...
Go any pics of yours????

If they hadn't said they can't do oval, I would have gone down and seen them this week.... Might go down in a couple weeks, just in case the guy was on drugs..

Dan
just after I bought the GPx
the original system rotted, so I went a bought a full system from Megacycle ...headers, collector pipes and can...
the headers and collector were mid steel and the can, polished alloy
they were good and caused no problems
nice deep note....
until the clown in a cage tipped me off 3 years ago
which rooted the can and pipe......
The insurance guys were able to get me a complete Formula 1 system
for the replacement costs of the Megacycle can and pipe....
so I took that route (Formula 1 system still there today)
I still have the (damaged) Megacycle can..they gave it to me.....
so I reckon
go and see the Megacycle guy in Keysborough

piccie attached of the the Megacycle system
