Noobish coolant question

Hi,

When the manual calls up 50 / 50 mix of coolant.

what happens when you use a concentrate coolant that requires you to do the mixing?

i.e. my coolant (1 litre) of concentrate makes 15 litres of coolant.

Once mixed it is ready to use.

Can i then just use it or do i then need to dilute again to get 50 / 50 ? ?

Nah, just mix as premixed bottle says and chuck it in
