racetech's site (www.racetech.com) allows you to plug in your rider weight for either street or track and gives you a recommended spring.
It says the front spring standard is 1.0kg/mm and the rear is 8.3kg/mm.

If you plug in rider weight without gear (guessed 95kg for you) for street use says you need a 1.032kg/mm front and a 9.929 kg/mm rear. For "road racing" (whatever that means) you'd want a 1.083kg/mm front and a 10.128kg/mm rear.

Dunno if it's at all accurate seeing that it's based on weight without gear and I dunno what the bike weight is, whether it's full fuel or half tank, no mention of tyre type either. For the road racer it still maintains road weight so take it or leave it.
I live with fear everyday but on weekends she lets me ride.
