I think the Hoff and Wattie used them on the CDT and they were pegging them over the country in all types of weather OK

Haven't tried them myself, but a mate has them on a VTR1000. He said he won't be buying another set. He rates them as a good summer tyre, but in the cooler months he reckons they take too long to heat up.

They seemed to go OK on the Hoffs Z1000 on the run to Cooma in pissing down rain

From where I was watching anyways
Didnt really gert any "cold" weather on thr trip so doubt Wattie of The Hoff could comment on Smithy's mates comment about being no good in the cold

The pirelli is the V style tyre so it suits my style of bike (+ any other bike to me,love em).The pirelli make the bike feel "ezey" to throw into corners with its V shaped design.I guese its each to there own in the tyre thing.

I am using the normal rossos. But I found them slow to warm up too. The first few times getting on the edge you need to be careful. I spun up the rear a couple of times early in the twisties.
But great in the wet!
I still don't think they are power matching.
Maybe the 2 is??
