tyre presures for the track?

hi just wandering what tyre presures you would run on a track day but my bike isn't the lightest like a litre style? i run pirelli rosso's on her but not sure of the write presures to run on a track. :kuda:
life starts at 200 kph!

Start at 30 cold front and rear. Adjust accordingly
