Calling ZX7 experts

Hi Guys,

recently bought a project bike for the drag track and are after a little help getting my head around it. Bike is based on a Kawasaki ZX7R (98/99) model that will run with nitrous oxide. The nitrous oxide part of things I have no problem with, its the ZX7 side of things Im in the dark.... I've drag raced various bikes over the last 9 years including a supercharged nitromethane Top Fuel bike to a best of 6.75 seconds at 215mph. Not that I am expecting that from the little ZX7, but want to get it around the 8.50 at 140mph zone.

Basically, I would appreciate anyone relatively local that has a bit of experience in bolting these engines together. I could work it out if needed, but would really like to have someone who has done it before show me how its done. From there I'll be right.

Some basic details on the bike. Custom built chassis, YZF125 front end, 8 inch wide slick, 1.5mm over sized Wiseco pistons, otherwise internally stock at the moment, custom modified bodywork.

Appreciate any advice/help.

Regards,
Sam

Haha, I appreciate your response. Maybe 'expert' was the wrong phrase. Just someone willing to lend a hand and run there eye over this project and chip in any information/suggestions they can.

Forgot to mention, I'm in Geelong!

Lol - thanks guys..... Kinda!

Seriously, even if you know how to play with these CVR carbs, that would be a massive help. Im used to Mechanical fuel injection (nitromethane), Lectron carbs (drag race only carbs, two settings - open/closed and efi (street car toys!) This is a whole new world to me!

No-one able to pop over and take a look over things? I don't expect you to know these motors inside out, but just another set of eye's who might pick something up would be greatly appreciated.
