final drive output shaft thed striped

hello has anyone had this happen looks like some one did it up with rattle gun i mite have to strip it down to get the shaft out

So,vwhat yoi are saying, you cen't undo the nut and it's rounding the nut. If you have access useva rattle gun to to remove it.

no the thed is striped and i cant get the nut back on lol

is the THREAD in the nut stripped or the output shaft??
