I have another project on the boil & I thought seeing as I have plenty of time for the build I will invest in plenty of search time to source parts that are cheap & good quality.
Well it don't get much better than TYGA Performance, for example Rearsets for $230 AUS!
OK so they are not adjustable, but that is no biggie.
I thought quality might be a bit suss but for the price I was willing to take a risk.... well the risk paid off, these are fantastic!
The build is better than the generic ones that seem to be readily available through Pete & other suppliers (sorry Pete) & the biggest surprise was these arrived fully assembled including locktight (pulled one apart to check) & the overall engineering is heaps better, as in the levers are thicker & have absolutely no sideways play. They came complete.... yes complete including the cast sleeve that fits over the shift shaft & the link rods are joined with larger TNK hime joints... these are quality!
Delivery via post was 3 days & I swear they used 1/2 a roll of bubble wrap to pack all the gear I ordered
They don't have much in the way of Kaw parts but some gear might be interchangeable.

Nope, not the ZXR250 that was moved on a while back.... its residing in WA these days
TYGA do stuff for small & bigger Hondas as the big H is their main market.

They look a lot like their CBR 250 rear sets I was checking out for my racer, decieded to go the step up plate to save some cash instead, glad to hear that they are good quality if I end up getting some when funds are in better shape.

Yeah JD they do a nice set for the CBRs, infact they do a heap of stuff for them.
Oh & spare parts for the rearsets are readily available & reasonably priced

So to get these to fit on a Kawa you'd prob need to fab up a custom bracket then?

I need some new rear sets for my 03 6R cause my feet are too low on it.

Mate measure up the hole spacing & send them an email, you never know they might have something suitable

Previous owner..... bugga mate she does not work..... Me cool cheap pick up
within 1/2 an hour I had it started & running sweet.... silly fuckers had a faulty kill switch... their loss

haha! nice pickup those things haul ass,,,, hey rob i think they can use a vfr400 wheel..... i have a spare. its 18 inch though but if you can put it to use, you can have it! need it outa the shed .

oh and you wont be stopping to quick with that setup
