Dont think so..
I doubt that ZX9 brakes are that much better than your ZX7 brakes anyway. ZX9's arent renouned for brilliant brakes.
Whats wrong with what you have?

they are rooted... Been left out in the weather and the pistons are so badly pitted i need new ones and at $60 each x 12 + seals i aint buying them.. So looking for replacement..
We will find out if they fit, just bought a set...

Post up the result, also if you get them to fit, let us know whether they are an improvement or not. Although i guess over rooted brakes anything is probably an improvement :kuda:

While I know both the ZX7R and ZX9R calipers are 6 piston jobbies, I have a funny feeling that the bolt spacing might be different??? I hope not, as you have now bought them!! If the ZX9 calipers don't fit, I have a sneaky suspicion that the GSXR1000K1 calipers might! ;)

All model ZX7s & ZX9 (98 onwards) calipers are identical - 6 piston Tokicos with 90mm bolt spacings.

Disc sizes vary though - 290 / 310mm

Yep, but the difference is in the mounts for the calipers on the fork legs.
