Cyclinder head work

Was wondering if you guys would no of any very good mechanics that are specialists in cyclinder head work, clearances etc? (preferably newcastle, area) even sydney
I have a 9b engine with some damage to the head and have been lucky to source a tka 750 93 model ported head! from a gentlemen recently...
Need to no things like can i use the standard valves? from the 9b engine?
as i would expect this tka head to have oversize valves! i suppose once you have the damaged head on the bench a good (mechanic) would be able to size up and check to see if they fit etc.
As i no with fiddly work with clearances/tolerances all this work could be time consuming/costly too, especially if i have to source new valves..
I have heard very good comments about a Mr Steve Cutting in sydney...
as i am expecting this work to be costly i would definately like the right person for the job..
any help or suggestions would be very helpful....
