Fitting slip-on mufflers only *WILL NOT* cause your engine to run lean, or harm it in any way shape or form.Why do people still think this is the case ?? Its just an old wives tale that dates back to the dark ages. (Fitting a full system with air filter mods etc etc *may* require re-jetting in some cases.) Any dyno shop that recommends a full diagnostic dyno-tune, when all you have done is just installed a slip-on muffler to replace a stock muffler, is ripping you off.
