Replacing Output Shaft Oil seal on GPX250

Hey Guys,


Just wondering if someone could tell me the process of replacing a Output shaft oil seal on a 98' GPX250?

I was wondering if its possible to do without cracking the crankcase open. I heard its possibel to do it by just removing the front sproket.

Also got any ideas where i could get one around Parramatta in NSW? I'd rather a good quality item.
