G'day guys,
Well mechanic just tuned the bike up and has got it running in tip top condition. Now cause one of the front fork seals is farked the seal fluid is leaking and buggering up the pad so he wants to replace the pads...
Wat is the price people have been paying for a set of Front pads for a ZX9R C model (6 pot front brakes)

Sounds Ok. Mine are a 4 pot caliper so one disc per pot. So what is your pad arrangement for your calipers.

They're actually less effective stoppers than the 4 potters, particularly your radial mount 4 pots. My tracky has the 6 pot callipers on it, and they're OK, but certainly no better than my roadie with the 4 pots.

the pots on the 4 pots you've got are actually larger in size, there are just more on the 6 pot setup, i think overall there is slightly larger surface area with the 6 pots. They aren't to bad!

All the 6-piston calipers I have seen use only 2 pads per caliper - they are a really long skinny pad. Are you sure you have 6 pads per caliper ??
The radial-mount 4-spotters are way better than the 6-piston jobbies. The feedback from the radial 4-spotter brakes is *excellent*.
