How to Change Fork Seals On 85 model GPZ900

Can anyone help i have a basic idea what should i keep in mind? Anyone know what amount of oil exactly each leg should have?

Any and all help appreciated

318ml of 10W oil if you have stripped them and about 270ml of oil if you have just drained them. That's per leg. After you have added oil, stroke the legs up and down till you have all the air out, fully extend the legs and then set the oil level 357 mm from the top of the leg with the valve in place in the bottom. Changing seals is a bit tricky unless you have a rattle gun. It shouldn't be that dear to get a bike shop to change them if you just take in the legs.
