HEL braided lines - GROUP BUY.!

For general Technical and Performance Discussions

Postby ChrisBurke » Wed Feb 01, 2006 4:00 pm

Can one of you guys do me a favour and ask Aus StreetFighters if their HEL lines are ADR approved for road use in Australia, and carry the ADR numbers etc... Im not saying they are or arent, Im just curious as this debate has been going on in other forums for some time now.

Hey Chris, thanks for the effort but the choice is pretty clear for me too, out of interest I just checked the Aus StreetFighters web site again and all HEL lines are fully ADR compliant, so looks like we're covered there.

Dave,
on checking the site again is says I can only get (F)ull or (O)ver the mud guard, so I'll follow your lead and go the full option thanks.

I might jump onto the wagon and get some for the ZZR considering I'll be changing the pads. For ~$63 (with 15% discount) I can't really go wrong.

I'll have 1 standard front line for a 2004 ZZR250 with black hose and black fitting.

James, what kinda colour scheme that u r using for ur windows, it's making everyone blind by looking at over 2 secs :D

ok, i'll be going to the mchainic this friday morning, will do some ringing around possible give the performace and water whatever it's called a call since it's so highly recommended, once i have the info i'll let everyone know and i'll email the spec to ausfighter that day, so they can get it read.

Thats a real shame. One of the perks of being colourblind I guess - it doesnt worry me! :D The red on the page is courtesy of the site, the colour where all my icons and stuff are is courtesy of my daughter, who is at the age where everything thats hers is hers, and everything thats mine is also hers. :D

MadKaw
I'm guessing no one is putting there hand up to collect the $.??
and I'm guessing exactly what is below is what will be ordered.?

I reckon the best way to do this is for each one of us who wants the lines to deal with Ausfighter directly, quote KSRC, as most of us will need the things to be posted to different addresses and different models of the lines. so i guess it's easier on your side madkaw?

i think as long as we meet the target of 10 sets, they will do it?

any thoughts guys?

Hi all,
Im happy to deal direct with them as I dont have net banking (yeah Im a luddite) and can just do credit card over the phone. If we all call on the same day, and he has a list of our user names, surely thats about as simple as it comes? As for holding the brake lines until everyone has paid.... I cant say Im real keen on that. Whay dont we pay now or the next couple of days, and he can start sending them out from there?
