How do you lube the chain easily when you don't have a centre stand?

easily? you don't ;)

Basically it involves lubing what you can see of the chain.
Then, standing on the left of the bike, grab the front brake with your left hand, grab a handful of right-side frame with your right hand under the seat somewhere and lift up the arse-end of the bike so that it's now 'balanced' on the front wheel and side-stand. Then ask a friend to rotate the rear wheel for you, or rotate it yourself with your foot, put it all down, then lube the next bit.
Repeat as needed.

Or you can lube what you can see, roll the bike further forward, lube the next bit, etc.

Or buy yourself a race-stand.
It's not fun without a centre-stand or a race-stand.
