well well, i'm getting a new set fitted for the trip to the island. they arnt worn out, they just wouldnt make it to the island and back with a heap of gear on.

current odo 115.5K so 8 thousand :shock: out of the rear with about 1500 maybe left in it if pushed. the front is pretty much shot on the right hand side, for some i reason i always seem to wear the right side out at one point before anything else :? i havent worn out a set of tyres togeather for ages.

another set go on tomorrow arvo, fark i love me metzlers. i doubt the new ones will get the work out these ones did on the way to the gp last year - that run down a certain twisty road that goes for ages took a toll on them, the way we are going this time will be ALOT friendlier:wink:

Yep looks like 8000ks is it for zx9s,and my front was also shagged 500ks after the rear,so second set has done about 5000 ks :D
