The 10's are renowned for losing screws, and I've already lost one, so I check mine regularly...especially after a service

Not something i've really worried about but i always have a good look after the bike's been worked on. Had some work done last week incl chain & sprockets - yeah i know i should be doing this myself - and found that he'd put the wrong length bolts back on the sprocket cover. One was just sitting in loose . Gotta watch em.

I am anal about this stuff, on both my road bike and my race bikes. I always make sure that I Immediately replace each nut and bolt as it vibrates off!

I have had to replace the tank nut (the 03-04 only has ONE) 3 times.... very embaressing going into the dealer the third time.... Now I check it every couple of weeks...

When you own a ZRX regular bolt inspections become second nature (or any naked for that matter)
Found when I picked up my bike new:

Missing bolt in rear taillight assembly
loosish frame bolt under radiator cover
Loose bolt on kickplate
loose bolt holding on front fairing
Missing screw on back of instrument cluster
Cluncky and un-lubricated swingarm bolt

I reckon it's the dealer not checking it over properly in delivery.

You need to show you bike some "locktite love" every now and then.

I had a bike come back from service with a bolt missing from the rear brake caliper, so do tend to give most a once over on the weekly wash. Not lost anything in the last 40,000k

yes zorsts are funny especially when someone tryes to pick them up with no gloves on.
