But this one looks like a good alternative. hmmmmm... to the interwebs!

Those prices are pretty good for an "off the shelf" LiFePO.
If your really tight like me though......
I just made my own lithium battery. You can buy the cells off Ebay pretty cheap occaisionally. I got 12 Cells for $70 incl shipping. Used 8 in the road bike, and 4 in the track bike. Had the roady going on this for about 10 or 11 months now with no problems. Just make sure you get good A123 cells, they should be 2200-2300 maH per cell.
