An 02 sensor is generally in the exhaust.......
I certainly don't have one on my Zed.
There is an intake temperature sensor right next to your air filter, in your airbox though......
I'm sure that heaps of people have had no issues with it, but it is a risk.
Go K&N. It even comes with a million mile warranty, they are that confident on it's quality.
