Aware of thatI learnt on an 89 model GPX250, the same engine in that as your Ninjatwofiddy's

Did 60K in 14months, before I got a ZZR250, yep, you guessed it, same engine as well, did 16K in 4 months including riding from Sydney to Phillip Island.
So yes, I am quite familiar with the motah, what I will say though is it has been around for so long anis in the bike for a reason....its a bloody great little engine
