Dunlop Sportsmax Q2

Postby Glen » Fri Jan 29, 2010 1:03 pm

Dunlop have launched their new sporty tyre for the road. Supposedly based on their track tyres. If they're based on the 209 GP's then I reckon they'll be a pretty good tyre.

standard powers are a more than capable tyre, power ones are much softer, and wont be much use on wet roads... :?

The question is how will these Sportsmax Q2's stack up in the wet. They are rating them as a track and road tyre and the GP A's as their race and track tyre so the Q2's might be ok for wet roads.

well i was thinking i might throw a set on for the cdt tour this year so we may just find out. The tyres i have now wont last the distance and fresh set of BT016's were violated after the run last year.

All in all i much rather it didnt rain
