yeah i was going to clip mine on the Z, after being hassled my madkaw saying how he'd never lost one. took me over to the pirate to show me.

and it wasn't there. the link was just sitting there :lol:

we tossed a chain on the GSF 12 recently due to a wayward split link clip !?
--- Some damage but all fairly minor considering. Chain was fitted about 5K ago so not that old!?
Considering I take great care (as Dave would) to make sure the link is properly lubed and correctly assembled, was a bit of a shock when it failed!?

Rivet links only for roadies from here on in (easy with the RK chain breaker / riviter) [Wattie's just being a tight ass] :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
