You picked it Gos - you should have heard the language that came out of my mouth!!! Ha, even my kids looked worried..... maybe I used a few words that they hadn't heard before!!!
Anyway, I tried the JB Weld and all went well for two days, then the leak appeared again - the fuel must have ate straight through the JB!
A pity as it was all looking good there!
Anyway, I'm going to drain the tank again and send it down to my cousin in the ACT who will get it fixed for me really cheap by his panel shop where he works. It's a chance to get it all re painted and remove the kwaka badges on the tank, something I've wanted to do for a while now!
The downside is that the bike will be off the road for about 6-8 weeks or so as it will be done in spare time, but the upside is that I am able to buy another bike in the meantime which means no riding downtime!
