Trouble with the Gixxer

Update on the long running saga for anyone who is interested-
the verdict is-
The Suzuki dealership where I bought BM from SUCKS!

Twice in the last few months i have had the bike in for the same issue (it is just twelve months old and done about 8000kms now.)
Their fix for the FI warning light flashing was to lube the cable.......

I got a little irrate about this and requested it be fixed properly. Bike went in last week.......

I waited about an hour- mechanic came out and handed me my keys- and said 'There ya go - fixed!' (At no point had they explained HOW they were going to fix it.)

I said- 'So, what did you do to my bike????'
Mechanic says- 'We disconnected the cable from the butterfly valve.'

So, BM and I ride away.......
For the first time ever I stalled twice on the way home!?

Now, I was told that disconnecting the cable would result in about 2HP less. (Not by the Suzuki mechanic though- he told me NOTHING!) But the differnence I feel is incredible! It feel like I have put a bad batch of fuel in it.

What to do? Get the cable reconnected and take it to another dealer?

AND NO I AM NOT TRADING IT FOR A KAWASAKI

Yep take it back tell them its shit and you want the cable reconnected.Thne take it somewere else after you have contacted suzuki themselfs

Mal's Right BM, I'm going to pass on this chance to bag Spewsuki (because in reality they all Suk donkeyoggyknobs) Oh 'cept BMW, but who wants to ride a compact school bus.
Ever so politely keep taking it back & back & back ... u get the picture I'm sure.
