Death Wobbles

yep I had the same thing happen with BT45's. It went away after awhile.
Not really anything to worry about, although I do like riding with no hands too.

Possibly front tyre out of balance. Just a thought.

Mine used to wobble on my 2005 10 tighten the head bearing still nothing but when I got it balanced it was fixed. Mined you and had enough weights on it to go fishing with!

Ive checked and the front is a Bridgestone Batlaxe BT45F
.

BT45s scallop out because of road camber (they have soft sides)

I used to get this on the Gpx...and after a quick check of wheel and steering bearings
I would suggest a new front tyre (it always fixed it for me)

Yep ... If you do long distance rides you will fid it will be worn more on the right side of the centre of the tread .. ie after say Cairnes to Perth for example!!

But yeah Bridgie fronts are pretty bad for it. Dunlops worse (don't know about Roadsmarts yet?), Pirellis scallop , but don't seem to shake any more than usual , the new Michelin PR 2' fronts are pretty impressive though IMO
