Hmmmm, ive always had my rego lable on the rear and never been hasseled for that either, unless of course its swung up over the number plate. They must be more anal interstate on this ruling as my last 3 bikes have had either no rear guard or a cut down one on and have never been asked about it once? But i guess if you are being a dickhead or a smart arse they will look for any reason to book you.

just read through it and found that the rego label cant go on the rear which i thought could !

i think a few people put it on the rear to spin it around and cover the plate, they might start handing out fines if they catch people with it on the rear...

yea i was warned abt having it on the side abt 4 yrs ago...and told it had to be on the back..so i put it on the back..then i got harrassed for having it on the back....so i took the farker off...

as i said..they dont police the roadworthiness...and they kno that u can make it stock, then make it UNstock again...

when i bought mine to SA they spent 30sec checking numbers, and off i went..... mind u on my ute they were a lot more thorough... but the reality is they can say "it was original when it went through" ....

its the cops ya gotta worry abt..
