oh dear..topic of contention...every one finds what they like to run in there rear/front and tends to voice it...

personally i run 28/28 on track... 34f/40r on road, regardless of what tyres....

Most folks run 34 - 36 front & 35 - 38 Rear, for normal road use.

Thats a good point to start & play with pressures until you feel the most confortable.

For the road it really doesn't matter as long as you have somewhere between 30 and 40 PSI. Life will vary accordingly. The lower the pressure the less life. But really every brand of tyre, and also varieties of tyres from the same manufacturer all need to be run at differing pressures to get maximum grip/life out of them. All the constructions are different. Best thing is to ask the people who distribute them usually.....!!! :)

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

depends on the type of bike really, and wheel size.

Up to 500cc , 34 f 36 r

600cc + , 36f 38-40r

The heavier the bike, the more pressure also.
