Bridgestone BT20 Vs Dunlop 220 Vs Pilot Road

For general Technical and Performance Discussions

This thread has come in as quite a good read as I'm currently deciding what tyres to upgrade to from the Dealer Supplied BT20's on my 06 Z750.

I take it it's up to individual choice?.

The pilot road is the equivelant tire to the BT20..... I was thinking about it this morning and I would really like to try the BT02's.... they are supposedly the equivelant of the pilot powers....

Im sure I will get used to the new shape of this tire...... Its just that the fact that it tips in quicker feels unusual right now.... If I can get to the stage where I am more comfortable with it I will probably enjoy it more...
The world is round. It has no point.

mate the pilot powers are awesome!

ive only used mine on the road for about 200k's and did a track day with them and whoa! i have them front and rear and they work awesome (i dont have to use anywhere near the effort u are describing) bike seems razor sharp and the grip is sooo damn good!

so just a note to anyone considering powers .. DOOO IT! haha
