zx7r suspension questions.

im from Portugal so my english isn.t so good

well...
i am building an zx7r (1997 p2) for trackdays but i have some questions about suspension set..

my bike is full stock on suspension but now for the rear end i have this:




WP 4618 rear shock for ninja zx10 (2006/2007) with 90-150 spring (maybe is crap for this bike cause i just have 70kg and the bike maybe is 190kg wet as i saved some weight)

but as you all know this shock as less 12mm than stock!!!

i think im gonna compensate this with a 12mm spacer here:




what do you think?

zx12 as 338mm lenght
zx10 as 338mm lenght too
and zx7r as 350mm lenght

well i know that the good is get ohlins zx7r specific shock...but i have this WP at home and i wanna use her..
i don´t know what settings to do and rise the rear..

for the front..any suggestions?
