ZX6R 2009+ lambda sensor issue

Wed Dec 28, 2011 5:17 pm

Anyone running a full exhaust without a lambda sensor? I have full exhaust the Bazzaz ZFAM (autotune) at the moment which is causing the bike to throw a code (67) since I need to remove the OEM lambda sensor. I plugged the OEM sensor back in and the code was gone.

I'm now trying to find a way around it and found someone selling a 'O2 eliminator' but it seems a bit dodgy. I also learned that Dynojet has a 'O2 Optmizer' for the euro models (not even sure if that applies for Australian bikes) that is required in order to run their autotune.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? Solutions? Ideas?? :?

Serco is the aus distributor for dynojet, helpful, give them a try.

Yeh I had problems, I have an eliminator on order and it should fix it once it arrives, bout $30-$50 depending on where you get it.

Sorry mate, missed this question when you asked it. My mechanic got it from a distributor in Perth. But you can get them off flea bay

Haha don't know yet. I've had other stuff on order and I was going to do it all at once but now I'm not to sure what I'm doing.
See my other thread...

As soon as I do it I'll let you know.
