Heat is good but probably not practical
or you can go the other way and freeze it, cans of freezing shit at Supercheap etc....

WD40 works well if you spray the shit out of it and then use a cigatrette lighter to heat it a bit,
repeat a few times for full penetration

worked it out ...... title is wrong

you will need an impact driver as these come from the factory using locktight.
& suggest not using a screwdriver on the locking nut as it will chew the cutaway

rob the bolts are called "engine mount bolts" there a threaded tube that screws in and adjusts the motors position while another bolt goes right thru the adjustable bolt and bolts the engine to the frame

Know the ones ..... read as above

both my ZXR750's had em

where would i get a allen key/hex bolt that big? its something like 14/16mm and how would i get the tool to fit a impact driver or could i just use a rattle gun?
Sat Sep 03, 2011 2:05 pm
U get those hex 3/8 ratchet Allen keys from an engineering supplier or snap on. That attach straight onto a impact gun

Not rattle gun it could possibly damage the hole, go to a specialty tool supplier or see if you can beg borrow steal an impact driver & tool.
I have a Sidchrome hex set which is 1/2 inch drive, same as my impact driver, starts at 6mm, other larger sizes I have here were bought off the local snap on dude.

IMPACT DRIVER! its the safest way... its breaks the seal of the locktight
