Trouble starting after parking on a hill

Gday Folks, the last few weeks I have been having trouble with my GPX750 starting after work.
seems to be flooded when I try to get it started, I park on the footpath outside of work which is on
a slight hill not steep at all.
In the mornings no problems starting in my garage though, has any one heard of this before?

Stop parking it in the pool
