Hey guys I'm looking for some tyres to suit some rims off a 250.
Standard sizes are 110/70-17 and 140/70-17 although there will be plenty of room to fit a 150 rear
Cheers

For older bikes with somewhat "skinny" tires I like the Dunlop 501 GT.
Also have had good luck with Avon Roadrunners.

140 or 150? What's the rim width??
Is the front a 120 on the KTM?
Mon Jul 18, 2011 10:49 am
yep front 120 and the rear is a 150.
Wheel rear wheel is a 5.5inch tho, to big
Mon Jul 18, 2011 11:03 am
My rear wheel is 4.25 inch wide.
I have a 150 pilot race on there. But they don't exist anymore. I will be going for a 150 or 160 of whatever is sticky next time.
