speedo healer prob??

Hi all,been fiting a speedo healer to my bike yesterday,seems somethings wrong somewhere as when i try the test feature the "t: doesnt blink when the rear wheel is rotated.also when i start up the bike my speedo reading goes crazy without even moving the bike!could this be a faulty speedo healer or ??ive pluged it in as per instructions and set calibration value for 1 tooth smaller sprocket.any info appreciated...

Maybe you plugged it all up "correctly" like Jonno and Plas plugged up the PCV "correctly"
Unplug and start from scratch

already tried that!still no joy..
