Sprockets?

Can anyone tell me what the standard fornt and rear sprocket size is for a 93 ZXR-750L

Am looking at going down one tooth on the front and up two on the back, but need the standard info to start from.

I have on more Question. Probably a stupid one, but hear goes anyway.

How can you tell if a chain is a 530 pitch or 520 pitch? Is there a measurement you can take from some part of the chain?
