ZR7 Clutch problems

Hi guys.

I need some help, im trying to fix my clutch, so far i've replaced the clutch cable, new springs & actuator , inspected the friction & clutch plates they look ok no damage or scoring. Im not sure how tight to do the clutch springs up so for i've snapped the clutch actuator and fucked the clutch houseing that the springs go over sheared two off not good. I got it all back together on the centre stand after getting the new parts and when trying to start the bike would cut out straight away so i pull the clutch in & the bike starts and sounds normal untill i start letting the cluth out the bike cuts out. I've been trying to find a work shop manual to make life easy but cant find one. i tried putting it in gear and i have no movement at all on the tyre? So far im not hurting to bad on the parts i stuffed, but dont want to get ripped by a bike mechanic. So any help would be most appreciated cheers guys.

It sounds like the cut out switch under the clutch lever for the cutting out
