Anyone know where to get one of these??

I've tried loads of marine, enzed, blackwoods john guest and pneumatic places. PPI? australia distributor apparently sell a 4mm 4 way but not a 3/16.

I'm assuming a smaller piece would reduce the volume of air being sucked through, resulting in degrading.

Unsure if they will suit what you are after, but supercheap has heaps of different types for car windscreen washers including the different size hoses....

try a company that supplies airline or other fluid system connectors... able air ,ingersol rand, parker or plumbing suppliers one of these may put you on track .......... injection molding companies

You could also try irrigation product places, farming supplies (Elders etc)
