zx6r carby tune

My 96 zx6r is running extremely rich. noticed after having it running in the shed and my eyes were burning, also a bit unresponsive down low on throttle.
Where in north west Sydney is the best place to get a carby tune?

Dyno tuning would be TJ performance at Minchinbury.

Allfixed automotive at Castle hill is good on the bikes, sure he'd be able to balance them and stuff but no dyno.
