ZX10 Suspenion setup

Hi Guys, I''ve just got a 07 ZX10R and i'm looking for some info on good suspenion setup's... I'm 100kg, long term a would like to change the springs, and so on. but for know does anyone know some good clicks and turns... Cheers

When we set up Blurrs 07 10, I think we had about 2 or 3 rings on the preload adjuster at the front showing.
The rear was wound down a fair bit to stiffen it up too. It was a little soft for his weight.
Get some one who knows a bit about suspension to help you set the preloads, its not difficult, set the rebounds and compression a little stiffer than middle and adjust them to suit your riding from there.
