How big is reserve on ZRX1200R?

I didn't get an owner's manual for the ZRX. They'll post me one when they get one. How big is reserve? Can't find it in the service manual I downloaded, or anywhere else for that matter. Thanks.

Nope just tells you the overall capacity- 19L.

I can check when I get home tonight, if its not posted beforehand.

Dunno about the R..... but on my ZRX1200S.. it is about 6 - 7L

and it needs to goto reserve as soon as the needle hits the 'E' zone!

I have a ZRX11 and the reserve is only 4.5lts, older bike but gives you a comparison.

My Rex must have a different tank to Swab's tank, as mine is 4 litres! I havn't actually measured this, but if I stop as soon as I hit reserve, it takes 15 litres to fill it and it's a 19 litre tank. When I was at school (Yeah, they had them back then) 19 minus 15 equals 4!!!

Mine seems to hit reserve at about 14.5 litres to fill.

I have done 50k's on reserve treading lightly, still had about .5 litre left from memory.

Hmmmm i could have sworn when I filled up after going on reserve it only took 12-13 L .....

Yup, according to the manual for an '05 zrx1200 4.5l as well.

Mine goes onto reserve at 15lts, but the 1100 has a 20 litre tank. The 12 has 19 litre one.
