Advantage is it uses all the std parts..
The quick action throttle that was on my zxr ran thru a nylon bush and with the flat slides was hard to twist so I bought one of these on ebay (UK) with a roller bearing.

Not too pretty and looked a bit cheap (cost about $40) so I wasn't too sure, but I'm pretty happy with it so far..
Now, on the zx9r, I had a domino quick action.. Very short thro and it was great, a bit more expensive though... I'd get one of these again...

I just checked into these guys. A company called Trialzone imports these and has a distributor in most states. The Vic distributer is JJ Marine in Port Melb, and I'm off to see them Monday. Price is a reasonable $39 and comes as a replacement throttle assy.
