just pickedup my seat cowl from brighton kwaka , wow it involved some screw and bolt work.....took me hum......20 minutes to put it all together.... was good

hidepenny, make sure it's on PROPERLY, only a small gap along the edge of the cowl. If not on properly they like to fly off, mine hasn't but I know of ones that have.
Had to put washers on, take washers off, put washers back on until I was happy that it fit snugly.

hm...i didn't have to do that, but i just needed kinda forcing it in
Do you mean when putting it on it doesn't click straight in like the seat does, so you have to "force" it in? If so, me too. That's why I put the washers on then off then back on again.. I thought it wasn't fitting properly. q

yeah thx for the advice
it took me 20mins to assemble it, but 10 mins to fit it on, as it doesn't go on as smoothly as the pillion seat
