Political Correctness

Got a Joke tell of something amusing to share? Well post it here

Political Correctness

Postby seiko1 » Fri Jan 15, 2010 9:29 pm

There is an annual contest at University of Texas calling for the most appropriate definition of a contemporary term.
This year's term was "Political Correctness."

The winner wrote:

"Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible .... To pick up a turd by the clean end."

I thought everybodys Turd had a clean end?? :? :? :?
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

speaking of political correctness, time to ride some coat tails here.

I find it amusing, but in a "funny but wrong" kinda way.
A woman goes to the doctor, beaten black and blue.
Doctor: "What happened?"
Woman: "Doctor, I don't know what to do. Every time my husband
comes home drunk he beats me to a pulp."
Doctor: "I have a real good medicine for that. When your husband
comes home drunk, just take a glass of chamomile tea and start
gargling with it. Just gargle and gargle."
Two weeks later the woman comes back to the doctor looking fresh
and reborn.
Woman: "Doctor, that was a brilliant idea! Every time my husband
came home drunk, I gargled with chamomile tea. I gargled and
gargled, and nothing happened!"

Doctor: "You see how keeping your mouth shut helps?"
