sounds like someone typical you hear at a call centre, i've certainly heard them like that before! However they are the ones that brighten your day cause they ramble random shit but its still funny!

I work on phones and found this disturbing but amusing at the same time!
I love the operator's demeanour "Do you have your license number sir?"
I bet he had mute on while he was laughing.
I might give Croyden a miss when heading through the country side.
Imagine being a license assessor there, no thanks!

You obviously haven't seen the worst in society. There are plenty of people this stupid, they just hang out in their little worlds that most of us don't venture into. Once you start working in special education it surprises you how many inept people there really are. Unfortunately I know of plenty that would be capable of this sort of reaction.

I used to be a veterinarian - one of my clients was a paranoid schizophrenic, and I used to get calls like that accusing me of stalking her to steal her cats and spray her dogs with mace. Very disturbing at the time. Now, I can laugh about it until I think what it must be like inside her mind - that's sobering. I think the operator terminated the call just after the threats to kill the police. That may be a procedural thing...
