Was all the VicRoads guys fault, he didn't sympathise with the caller and feel his pain, nor did he try and settle him down or try to comprehend the callers issues, and he terminated the call. Very poorly handled indeed.
I recon the dude will be off for a visit to somewhere with padded walls after that call
