When you add the separate numbers from any two digit numbers you always get a number divisible by 9.
For example:
72 - (7 + 2) = 63....which is divisible by 9.
49 - (4 + 9) = 36....ditto
98 - (9 + 8 ) = 81....I'm sure you get the idea

Every symbol in the table that is divisible by nine is the same...
...and they change the table of symbols every time you try it otherwise you'd twig immediately.
